Second Phrase.
The webdesign community evolved. I watched as table layouts grew more distant, and this new thing called "CSS" layouts
came into trend. Again, my reaction: "WTH!?!?" Yet another coding style I had to get used to. But I found, with my knowledge
of HTML (though at that time I was more specialized in TABLE layouts), I could figure out CSS quite easily, and soon, it replaced
tables for me too.
I started designing in DIV layers using the absolute positioning in the HTML index page itself, until one day, while analysing another layout,
I was shocked to find out, there wasn't any absolute positing!So then I tried finding out how they did it...and it turns out,
it was an external stylesheet.
Whopee.
This stage provided me with the framework for all my other layouts...just like the one Cynically.net is using right now - although
the stylesheet is now a lot longer than what it would be a year ago. IN this stage, I loved using the so called Etheral
style of design - where excessive amounts of brushes were slapped on over eachother to create either a angelic look, or a grungy look.
